Our Work
Our work today is focused in the community where we are passionate about addressing two societal issues that affect lives across the UK amongst young people: knife crime and violence against women and girls (VAWG).
We deliver powerful, interactive workshops that spark honest conversations, challenge harmful behaviours, and inspire positive change.
Engaging with young people, we connect with participants on a personal level—helping them understand the real-world impact of violence, make informed choices, and build empathy and respect for others.
Our workshops are: In response to escalation of knife crime and the alarming rise in statistics we turned our focus in 2022 to the running of restorative knife crime workshops with young people in London. "Lives not knives" was our first campaign to "fight weapons with words” where we worked directly with people who had been caught up in some capacity with knife crime. This culminated in the creation of Kofi’s story - a talking head dramatisation of a real-life story of a young man that has since been used to educate a wider audience on the dangers of carrying a knife.
Our work in this field continued with our "Bluntly put" campaign through 2024 and 2025 with interactive workshops delivered to secondary school boys to empower them with the knowledge to make safer choices, reduce risk and change futures.
Alongside this we launched our VAWG (Violence against Women and Girls) campaign in February 2025. Our powerful, immersive workshops have been delivered to over 100 secondary school girls at Shirley High School in Croydon. From this we have created our second dramatisation of a real-life story of a young girl who was abused by someone she trusted.
