Leagha McMahon Steps into the Ring for Kent Opera

On 14 March 2026, Leagha McMahon will be stepping into the ring at The Royal Regency in London to take part in a charity fight night in support of Kent Opera.

A passionate supporter of our work, particularly our programmes supporting women and girls, Leagha has chosen to donate 100% of the funds she raises to help us continue our work to end violence against women and girls.

After her initial fight date was postponed, Leagha has shown remarkable dedication, training relentlessly over the past few months to stay ring-fit and ready. Her determination reflects the very values we champion every day.

While the fight night celebrates strength, courage and determination in sport, those same qualities sit at the heart of Kent Opera’s work — empowering women and girls to find their voices, build confidence, and stand strong in their lives, just as Leagha does in the ring.

We are incredibly proud to stand in Leagha’s corner as she fights for change both inside and outside the ring.
