Bounce Back

Bounce Back is a Training charity and Painting and Decorating Social Enterprise working inside and outside prison to train people from custody into employment to either become professional decorators for their own business or skilled construction workers for the industry. 

They deliver training in construction industry skills that are known to be in demand including painting and decorating, scaffolding, dry lining and aerial window cleaning combined with work readiness and employability skills. They have training centres in 5 London prisons and one in Leeds. Their courses are run in conjunction with industry partners to ensure programmes respond to industry needs and people leaving prison have a direct channel into full time work. Their participants are fully supported by case managers and their re-offending rate is just below 10% against a national average of 50%.
