Penelope (Lee) Moore was an actor for 30 years and made documentaries for the BBC and Channel 4 about the work of Jackie Pullinger with ex-Triad drug addicts in Hong Kong and about a unique prison in Brazil with a very low rate of re-offense.

This led to projects in prisons in the US and Northern Ireland which were influenced by the work in Brazil.
